There may be cheaper ways of doing it like buying old unsold keys but we don't deal with that stuff so I don't know. Here's the 100% (imo) legit way of doing it. except reddit! What do you guys think? would such keys be compliant? What other options do I have?

I've done some googling and found several 'W7 Enterprise key to activate up to 5 PCs' but it all seems pretty shady to me. I have turned to our Microsoft vendor for assistance and her suggestions was to buy some 'unsold stock' Windows 7 Enterprise license keys from US-based online sellers. Fact is, we do not use Windows Volume Licensing and I doubt that adopting it for just 10 licenses would be a cost-effective solution. My suggestion was to (1) provide new pre-configured PCs to users or (2) install Win10 licenses on their PCs, but for several reasons, management has asked to just replace Windows 7 product keys on these PC with our own.
